About this event

We are happy to offer free First Aid Awareness for parents with children aged 0-4, in partnership with the Nottingham Fire Service.

This free session is for adults only, children cannot attend, to enable you to give full attention to all the First Aid information and advice.

The session is available to parents and carers of children between 0-4 years, and those who are expecting a baby.

The session will last 1 hour and will cover the following:

  • Introduction to the Nottingham Fire Service
  • The kit the Fire Service carry in their medical bag and its uses
  • Paediatric and adult basic first aid for beginners, including basic bandages, choking and CPR
  • Mini-CPR dummy so you can practice CPR skills

Please register in advance as spaces are limited. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking so we can reallocate your place. If the session is over subscribed then families living within St Anns will be prioritised.

Please book one ticket per person (not per family).

The First Aid Awareness session will be at The Chase Neighbourhood Centre, Robin Hood Chase, Nottingham, NG3 4EZ.
